Hi, I'm Jodie.
I'm so pleased you've found your way here.
For more than 30 years, I've been on a deeply personal journey of growth, healing and self-discovery. Along the way, I've explored a wide range of modalities and became qualified in NLP Life Coaching, Reiki II, Sound Bowl Facilitation, Drum Therapy, Shamanic Practice, AromaTouch Therapy with essential oils, and a variety of other approaches that have each offered valuable insights.
While I'm incredibly grateful for these qualifications, they aren't what define me.
Life has been my greatest teacher.
The wisdom I share has been shaped not only through study, but through lived experience—the challenges I've faced, the lessons I've embraced, and the ongoing journey of learning, healing and growing.
I've never felt comfortable placing myself on a pedestal or defining myself by a title.
Instead, I simply see myself as a guide.
Someone who walks beside others, creating a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what already exists within them.
Because that's what I believe.
I don't believe we're here to become someone completely different.
I believe we're here to gently clear away the beliefs, patterns and stories that no longer serve us, creating space for more of who we truly are to emerge.
That philosophy is at the heart of everything you'll find within Limitless Enrichment.
Whether you're exploring a workbook, listening to a meditation, joining a course or simply spending time within these pages, my hope is that you'll discover thoughtful questions, gentle guidance and practical tools that help you reconnect with your own wisdom.
There are no perfect answers here.
No pressure to have it all figured out.
